CSC Payment Plan for On-Campus Students

(Available for Spring and Fall Semesters Only)

Chadron State College Business Office is dedicated to helping students and their families invest in their futures by offering our convenient, affordable, interest-free payment plan to help pay for their education.

Introducing an Affordable Way to Pay

We realize that educational expenses are easier to budget when divided into monthly payments. Our payment plan helps students divide their semester expenses into 3, 4, or 5 payments - giving them more time to pay and more time to save.

Our plan is interest-free, limiting your cost to a small enrollment fee of $20 (if enrolled in 7 hours or more), or $10 (if enrolled in less than 7 hours). This nonrefundable enrollment fee is paid once each semester and covers all costs to secure handling of your payments. Our plan is completely flexible. We will adjust your payment amount and notify you of any changes if your expenses change or when your financial aid becomes finalized.

Enrolling is as Easy as 1-2-3

1. Use the budget planner to calculate your monthly payment.
2. Complete and sign the enrollment form.
3. Mail your completed form, along with your first payment, and enrollment fee by the payment deadline.

Payment Schedule

Payments are due by the 1st of each month.

If not received by the 5th of the month, administrative holds will be placed on the student's account which will prevent registration, checking grades, receiving transcripts, etc.

A late fee of $20 may be added on payments received after the 15th of each month.

If special arrangements have been made for a due date other than the 1st of the month, administrative holds will be placed on the account for non-payment 5 days after the arranged due date, and a $20 late fee may be added 15 days after the due date if payment has not been made.

It is important to make payments by the scheduled due date. If a student's account becomes severely delinquent, it may become necessary for our office to have the student administratively withdrawn from classes for non-payment.

Choose your number of payments from the Payment Schedule above, then copy off and complete the Budget Planner and Enrollment Form and return them to us along with your 1st scheduled payment and $20 enrollment fee. Our address is:
