PhD in Cognitive Psychology from the University of Alabama (1999)
I will be teaching PSYC 242 (Measurements and Research Design) and PSYC 331 (Social Psychology). Prior teaching experience includes Psychological Statistics, Social Psychology, Intro to Psychology, Cognitive Psychology, and Sensation and Perception (to name a few). I taught at Gannon University for 9 years and Auburn University Montgomery for 1 year. I was also the director of the Undergraduate Psychology Program at Gannon for 4 years.
I have 3 publications and numerous presentations.
I was involved in many committees and student related organizations at Gannon.
Research interests include counterfactual thinking, framing, and humor.
I wrote theater reviews for an online magazine in Erie, PA. I like theater, sports, and reading among other things. I have 2 dogs and 2 birds.
