Working Part-time Encouraged

If students’ schedules allow them time to work, we encourage it for many reasons. For starters, part time work can help pay for educational expenses. This, in turn, can help reduce the need for students to borrow money. Most work experiences provide learning opportunities, which can broaden their horizons and future work opportunities. Work experiences provide a sense of belonging to the community. Chadron State College provides many student employment opportunities, and the Chadron community does as well.
