Cost of Attendance

Deposit and Payment

Application Fee

Chadron State college does not charge an application fee.

All admitted international students except those referred through a CSC-approved agent organization, are required to make a deposit payment in the amount of the estimated first semester cost of attendance at least 30 days before the Form I-20 will be issued. This deposit will be applied to the student’s actual first semester cost of attendance, which includes tuition, fees, health insurance premiums, campus housing, and meal plans. Since the deposit is an estimate of the cost of attendance, any costs of attendance above and beyond the amount covered by the deposit are due prior to enrollment.

*A prompt refund of the deposit will be mailed to students who do not attend CSC as originally planned.

NOTE: Students referred by a CSC- approved agent organization are exempt from the deposit requirement

Full payment of tuition and fees is due for all semesters no later than the end of the second week of each semester.

Chadron State College does not offer extended payment plans.

Failure to pay in full by the end of the second week of each semester will result in dismissal from the college and a termination of SEVIS visa status, which may result in you being required to leave the US.
