Current Projects

• Beginning Monday, September 12th Senate began broadcasting our weekly meetings on the college television channel (Channel 20). Check it out!
• Library renovations are underway to make the library a more student friendly and welcoming space. The Reta King library, which houses over 200,000 volumes of newspapers, magazines, and books, is looking to add a coffee shop or vending options to the main floor as well as moving the computer lab up from the basement. • A time capsule committee has been selected to commemorate the Centennial Year. The selection committee will include items that show the diverse nature at CSC and hope to have the capsule buried before winter. The capsule is scheduled to be opened in fifty years.
• Senators are currently working on a variety of projects to improve the campus!! From maintenance requests to improvements in the Student Center, the Eagle Pride Bookstore, library renovations, parking, and other areas of campus – there are an array of projects underway.
