Elizabeth works to facilitate teaching for learning in her role as the Instructional Technology and Design Specialist for the TLC. She coordinates course development for online programs that seek to eliminate course material costs and collaborates with faculty and staff to develop courses that meet Quality Matters standards.

Jereme Patterson

IT Analyst

Jereme is the IT Analyst for the TLC. His work focuses on the use and support of technologies in teaching and learning environments. He specializes in videoconferencing and synchronous learning capabilities. Jereme oversees mediated classroom technologies, specialized videoconferencing technologies, and is administrator for several server-based applications and services offered through the TLC.

Samuel Ballard

IT Specialist

In his role as the IT Specialist for the TLC, Sam works to facilitate the successful use of technology for all educational purposes, including distance learning and classroom instruction. He is responsible for administering and supporting CSC's Learning Management System (Sakai) and the CSC Academic Web educational blog space. He also assists with web and print design projects along with working to expand instructional media production and post-production services.

Graduate Assistant

Nicole is the graduate assistant for the TLC. Her work focuses on improving the TLC's methodology for tracking and documenting Sakai (and other technology-related) requests and inquiries. She also assists in tracking mediated-classroom utilization and managing the TLC sub-collection and equipment checkout library.
