 Teaching and Learning Center Services include:

  • Individual and departmental consultations about teaching, course and program design, etc
  • Learning Management System (Sakai) support
  • Workshops, webinars, institutes
  • Mediated classroom development and support
  • Academic web services (web space, blogs, wikis)
  • Online course installation assistance (for ESP and no-materials-cost programs)
  • Quality Matters training and course reviews
  • Assistance with assessment and performance reviews
  • Development of faculty performance initiatives and challenge grants

Please note that consultation requests should not be used to solve an immediate classroom or CSC Online (Sakai) need. In this case, you should contact the IT HelpDesk at 308- 432 6311 or CSC IT Helpdesk (helpdesk@csc.edu), Jereme Patterson (308-432-6234 or jpatterson@csc.edu for classroom needs, and Bryant Serres (308-432-6273 or bserres@csc.edu) for LMS (CSC Online/Sakai) needs. Online 24/7 Help within CSC Online/Sakai is another option for both students and faculty.
